The NuTone Retrofit Master Station is no longer available.  Recommended replacements for old Nutone 3 and 4-wire intercom systems are the M&S DMC3-4 and the Intrasonic RETRO.

The NM100WH is a full-function intercom and music distribution system designed for retrofit applications in residential use.

The NM100WH features:

  • Support for up to 13 remote stations and up to 3 door speakers.
  • The ability to program the system with a predetermined time for the music to be turned on or off automatically.
  • A built-in AM/FM radio tuner with 8 AM presets and 8 FM presets.
  • (2) Music source inputs
  • Remote stations can be set to intercom only, radio and intercom, off or monitor.
  • A backlit liquid crystal display that shows operation mode, audio source, radio frequency, volume setting, time and display brightness setting.
  • An optional door release function.
  • An optional 3 note (NA3003C) or 8 note (NA3008C) chime module, sold separately.

The NM100WH is used to replace old 3-wire or 4-wire intercom systems. Existing wiring from the master to the remote stations may be used, but if the master is replaced, all of the speakers and remotes must be replaced as well.

An external docking station option is available to connect an MP3 player or smart phone.

    does this master and inside speakers come in different colors or only white? see quote #66041

    A:

    The Nutone NM100 system is only offered in white.  M&S and Intrasonic offer almond and black options depending upon the wiring that is in place.  The quotes need to be customized, so please feel free to call in.

    1. What system will replace nutone 3003 with 7 indoor speakers 3 outdoor speakers and the master box? 2. I can I move the master box and connect in place of another box?

    The Nutone 3303 can be replaced with a NM100 7-room kit or an Intrasonic 7-room kit depending upon types of outdoor stations.  It may be best to call in and to discuss options, but the main 7-room kits are a good starting points.  Please feel free to call us at 800-533-3249.

    have a I'm 3303 radio intercom system. need a replacement system for that model. what model do I need?

    In order to replace the Nutone IM3000 series intercom systems, you will need to replace the master, room, door, and patio stations.  All wiring can be kept in place and re-used.  We sell packages that can be customized as needed in case the packages do not fit exactly what you are looking for.  The Nutone NM100 retrofit kit and the Intrasonic RETRO kit are both options to replace your system with.

    I have a nutone IM4006 that is about 30 years old. What system will replace this one??

    When replacing an IM-4406 the room, door, and patio stations need to be replaced.  Two systems can be used: the Nutone NM200 system and the Intrasonic RETRO system.

I am still trying to get this system to work completely. The installation manual is poor - photos not clear and instructions buried in paragraphs. Service & support from Quality Home Systems has been superb however.

Very decent and stylish product. Menu/functions not very intuitive but easy to follow with the written instructions. Photos in the installation manual could be sharper

Great product The knowledge level of the people that work there is unbelievable in today world. They can answer any question quickly and accurately. If you need any help they are there to help you to say the least I was very impressed.
