The TK286 Turbo Powerhead works with the vast majority of central vacuum systems. This air-driven powerhead has a suction relief valve that can be opened to make pushing on high pile carpet easier. The roller brush floats up and down, providing optimum contact with carpet and rugs. The neck accepts a friction fit 1 1/4" wand. Made in Germany by Wessel-Werk, the TK286 will provide many years of service.
Equipped with a precision-engineered roller brush that agitates carpet fibers to dislodge embedded dirt, pet hair, and fine debris for extraction by the vacuum airstream. Automatic height adjustment allows optimal positioning of the brush roll for different carpet pile heights, preventing damage to delicate rugs while maximizing deep-cleaning performance on thick carpeting.
