AstroVac SR12 Bagless Power Unit

The AstroVac SR12 Central Vacuum Unit is recommended for small homes. This unit is powered by a high quality Ametek Lamb motor. The powerful motor helps to ensure central vacuum unit longevity.

This unit utilizes an inverted bag with a permanent filter for first-rate filtration. The Surf-Tex material of the filter is made of polyester with an acrylic latex coating. The purpose of this design to to resist bacteria, mold and mildew. The filter also captures particles as small as .3 microns with a 97% dust retention capability. The dust and debris is collected in the canister located in the bottom of the AstroVac SR12 Central Vacuum Unit. Although this is a filtered unit, the patented air channel allows you to use a plastic liner in the canister if desired.
