    I have a older central vacuum system that was Install in 1974. Will the piping and fitting be of the same diameters and wall thickness?? Model 116.40521

    A:

    Sears Kenmore piping is typically 1 3/4" outside diameter.  This piping is no longer made.  All new piping is 2" outside diameter.  If piping needs to be replaced or extended, an adaptor is required.
