Central Vacuum Pipe is designed specifically for central vacuum systems. The inside of this pipe has a gel-coated inside finish to enable dirt to move freely.  It is available in 5' lengths that can be purchased separately or in bulk.  The pipes are sold in 5ft sections at 5' long.  They are ordered as a single, pack of 4, pack of 16. 

The 2" OD size fits central vacuum fittings and inlets and connects to all brands of central vacuum units made in the 1990's and later.  Vacuflo, Kenmore, WalVac and Black & Decker systems installed prior to 1990 may have used smaller diameter pipe.  Adaptors are available when adding to or repairing these systems.

Quality Home Systems reserves the right to cut the 5' sections of pipe in half for any order under 20'.  If the pipe is cut in half, we will include an additional coupling per cut section.

    Do they make a flexible pipe for central vacs

    A:

    Flexible central vacuum tubing is available but recommended only for use in must have areas.  The inside of the piping is smooth and designed to help with airflow.  The flexible tubing is ribbing and can cut down on airflow and is more prone to clogs.

    No, both ends are straight.  We just use couplings.  We fing that you throw away to much pipe with bell ends.

    Central vacuum piping does not have a schedule.  It is a 2" OD (outside diameter) pipe.  It goes by ASTM 2158.
