The Aerus Electrolux electric hose fits older style powerheads and wands.  The hose handle has a short metal tube that locks into the upper wand.  This hose fits a wand assembly that includes a metal upper wand inside a plastic sheath and a metal lower wand.

The cord from the powerhead plugs into the electrical receptacle in the hose handle.  A 3-way switch on the handle allows the vacuum unit and powerhead to be turned on and off.

    Will this hose fit the old Electrolux 1590central vac model
