The 3200 Series Electric Hose is crushproof for long-lasting durability. This design allows for excellent flexibility and better performance by preventing kinks and offering a strong suction ability. The on/off 3-way switch is conveniently located on the soft grip handle, which controls both the powerbrush and the central vacuum system. The switch is recessed to avoid unintended operation. The handle features multiple cord management options.

The Cen-Tec 3200 Series Electric Hose features a chrome button lock stub tube to connect a wand to the central vacuum hose.

    I have an Electrolux Central Vacuum System 1590 Deluxe.The hose is broken. Will this item work on my system? Also, what is "pigtail"?

    A:

    The Electrolux 1590 is the model number of the central vacuum unit.  In order to see what hose will work with the vacuum inlet and carpet brush, we will need to know the model number of the powerhead.  You can typically find this on the bottom or back of the powerhead.  It may be easier to call us with this information so we can find you the correct hose.  800-533-3249

    Which Honeywell central vacuum hose is compatible for Honeywell electric power head model #1393 Serial # 0727003058 ?

    A:

    Honeywell vacuums typically would use this plastiflex style hose.  Every once in a while, they would required a 3 pin connection vs. 2 pin.  If this is the case, please give us a call at 800-533-3249.

    Would your hose fit a Kenmore central vacuum system? Probably 30 to 40 years old.

    A:

    It really depends on the diameter of your current inlet.  This hose can work if your inlet has a diameter of 1 1/2".  If your vacuum inlet has a 1 1/4" diameter, then you are looking at a different type of hose with an adapter.  Please call in with questions. 800-533-3249.

    Would this hose fit a Beam 189S system? I moved into a house about 3 years ago that has this system and it’s time to start buying replacement parts and filters and I know nothing about it.

    The hoses do not have and bearing on the the type of power unit.  They matter based on the type of powerhead and wands that you have.  It may by easier to call in when you are in front of the unit to discuss hose options.  800-533-3249.

    I have a Nutone powerhead and telescoping wand model CT175. Will the universal electric hose flush 30' pigtail silver work this wand?

    A:

    It will not.  Nutone's hoses are proprietary and must be used with the CT175 wands.  You would need to use the CH515 hose.
