The Vacu-Maid P400 Cyclonic Central Vacuum Power Unit is recommended for very large homes.
The split canister design allows the user to keep the dirt canister conveniently close for maintenance access, while mounting the motor unit further away to reduce noise. This unit utilizes a sealed HEPA bag to separate debris and dirt from the air for first-rate filtration.
The power unit is separate from the dirt canister, allowing the option of placing them in two separate locations. For example, the user can keep the dirt canister nearby for easy access, and mount the power unit further away for noise reduction. The power unit is foam-lined, which also helps reduce motor noise.
The sealed HEPA bag makes maintenance a breeze. Just lift the lid off of the DC800, slide the bag of the holding stem and attach a new bag. There is no cleaning of filters since every time you change the bag, the filter is being changed.
