The Nutone 3303 series intercoms have been discontinued.  They can be replaced by the Nutone NM100, the M&S DMC3-4 or the Intrasonic RETRO models.  All components of the system need to be replaced.  The existing wiring can be used.   Click here to view complete kits for these models.

    My unit starts randomly at any time.It starts the radio plying. And no other buttons works for a while.It is a master unit in kitchen. After few minutes I can shut off manually. Very annoying. And KIDS get scared too. The LCD display says IC on it only. What is the reason and how can I fix it? Please HELP.

    A:

    This typically means a bad room station or master.  The AUTO feature could also be a reason the master station turns on randomly.  Make sure this function is turned off.  If you need help trouble shooting the master, feel free to call in and we can see if we can help.  800-533-3249.

    how much cost only master station 3303?

    These master stations are no longer available.  If you want to upgrade the system, you have to look into a full system upgrade including the master, room, door, and patio units.  Please see these links for options for a Nutone replacement system or an Intrasonic replacement system.

    I have a IM 3303. If I upgrade to a whole new set like the NM 200, do I have to upgrade all the wiring as well ? Can I just by the master in IM200 ?

    A:

    The NM200 series system is designed to use existing 6-wire, or new Cat-5 wiring.  The IM-3303 system typically used a 3-conducter wire that is in a grey ribbon form.  In order to replace this system, both the master, room, door, and patio stations are required to be upgraded.  This can be done with either a NM100 retrofit package or a Intrasonic RETRO system.

    I have the intercom system IM-3303 and need a new white cover plate for the master unit. Is it possible to purchase one? Thank you!

    A:

    Nutone does not offer any type of plates.  They have discontinued all intercom systems.  The only thing that we can offer is a replacement system.  We recommend the Intrasonic RETRO system.
