The Intrasonic Builder Tech Series Ceiling Speakers come as a pair and are great to install in large rooms along with an intercom speaker to provide greater music volume. They can also be installed in rooms along with a volume control when intercom functions are not needed. The I100C speakers are compatible with Intrasonic intercoms and virtually any brand of music distribution system the use an 8ohm speaker. A separate rough-in for these speakers is not required.

    How do you add this speaker to the master station?

    A:

    To add this ceiling speaker to the RETRO-M master, there needs to be a volume control in between the speaker and the master.  There needs to be at least 2 wires connecting the speaker to the volume control and at least 3 wires connecting the volume control to the master.  If  the original speaker was connected directly to the old master, often it is easiest to install the volume control near the master unit.
