The adjustable electric wand is constructed with metal for long-lasting durability. The telescopic feature allows the length to be adjusted for optimum cleaning and comfort.  This wand has a button lock at the top and bottom for a secure fit. The NuTone CT170 adjustable wand features a positive ratchet mechanism that locks into place. This prevents the wand from collapsing during use. This wand also features a concealed cord, preventing the cord from sagging and catching on furniture.

The NuTone CT170 wand should be used with the CT700 electric power brush, CH520 and CH620 wire-reinforced hoses.

    I have purchased 2 CT175 and both 2 prong connections to the hose handle is not correct and doesn’t slide into the opening. It’s like the retractable wand one is flat and the prongs are too short. It looks like the picture is the one I need but I don’t want to chance a third mistake

    Nutone decided to change how the CT175 is made but not change any part numbers.  Inside the CT175, they should now come with a metal tube to adapt your old style hose to new.  Please call in to discuss.  800-533-3249.
