  I have a Central Cleaning Beam Millennium unit model 199G. It has a spot to plug in hose. The hole is 1 5/8". In assuming this is for this type of kit. Will this fit?

  A:

  Yes, this kit will plug into the utility inlet on the front of the unit.  It works well for cars and you cannot lose the orange hose.

• Q:

  This looks like it will work for our Aerus Central Vac. Might be a silly question but, we can't tell by the pictures. We were curious if there is an on'off switch or is it always on while plugged in?

  A:

  This is a standard garage kit that will kit in most 1 1/2" inlet opening.  Aerus typically used universal inlets.  The hose does not have a switch and stays on while the hose is plugged in.

• Q:

  I have an old Kenmore with an inlet that is 2" OD and 1 3/4" ID. Will the Universal 97928 fit?

  A:

  The inlet that it fits into is 1 1/2".  Sometimes Kenmore's were this size, other times they were 1 1/4" inlets.  We have adapters for the 1 1/4" inlets.
