The 2G electric hose with EZ grip is a proprietary central vacuum hose that is compatible with Beam Q100, Q200, Solaire SL100A, Electrolux EX1600 and Honeywell HL102A powerheads. It features a gas pump handle with variable speed slider switch for control of the power unit and on/off switch for the powerhead. The variable speed slider switch works only with Beam Alliance units. It functions as on/off switch for other models. The manufacturer recommends use of this hose with Beam, Electrolux and Honeywell central vacuum units with a single motor that were made after 2008. This hose is a direct replacement for 050814 and 050815 Sumo electric hoses that are no longer available.
The 2G electric hose handle has an square end that is only compatible with powerheads that use a wand with comparable shape.
This crushproof hose is available in 30 and 35 foot lengths and with pigtail or direct connect configurations.
