The Intrasonic RETRO Door Station allows hands-free communication with the master, room and patio stations so you can verify who is at the door before opening it. There is a built-in chime with a choice of 4 notes. The RETRO-D is constructed of weather resistant material.

This unit has an optional door or gate release mechanism. This allows the door or gate to be unlocked from any room with a room station installed. There is also a door adapter plate for NuTone door stations available for separate purchase.

Door station speakers serve as the audio interface for visitors at entry points of the home, providing clear two-way communication between the front door and any room station in the house.

Works well with our three wire system. I have yet to figure out how to integrate the new chime with the old doorbell.

good.. I wish I had known what NC meant on the master station. Knowing that meant No Connection would have been helpful
