The Intrasonic RETRO Door Station allows hands-free communication with the master, room and patio stations so you can verify who is at the door before opening it. There is a built-in chime with a choice of 4 notes. The RETRO-D is constructed of weather resistant material.

This unit has an optional door or gate release mechanism. This allows the door or gate to be unlocked from any room with a room station installed. There is also a door adapter plate for NuTone door stations available for separate purchase.

    Cannot get it to chime to new system

    A:

    Three wires need to be connected to the door 1 or door 2 location on the back of the master.  This location is on a green clip like the room stations.  You hook up the 15+,OV,Link just like the rooms.  The door station has the same 3 connections on the gray block.  Connect the same 3 wires.  Ignore the white and black external chime wires.  If you are still having issues, please call us.

    How can I stop the “phantom” doorbell rings? I have a camera on the door and nothing is there.

    If the doorbell is ringing by itself, there is a chance that the door speaker has become defective.
