The Intrasonic Builder Tech Series In-Wall Speakers come as a pair and are great to install in large rooms along with an intercom speaker to provide greater music volume. They can also be installed in rooms along with a volume control when intercom functions are not needed. The I100W speakers are compatible with Intrasonic intercoms and virtually any brand of music distribution system that use 8ohm speakers. A separate rough-in for these speakers is not required.

    Can you please tell me the depth of the speaker. I am wanting to know about mounting it on a 2x4 or 2x6 wall.

    These speakers fit in a standard 2x4 or 2x6 wall.  The approximate depth of the speaker from finished drywall is 2 3/4".
