  No, the correct 122159-07 is the motor required for this unit.

  Will this motor fit a model 353 Beam

  A:

  We do not have any models numbers in the US for a BEAM 353.  There is a Nutone 353 and a Beam 35, but no 353.  Canadian Beam vacuums generally have different model numbers that cannot be cross referenced.
